I AM THE ONE WHO TRAINED ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER SO I THINK THAT SPEAKS FOR ITSELF. I DO A 6 WEEKS ON 3 WEEKS OFF CYCLE OF STEROIDS.....ER....UMM...OH! I MEAN CREATINE. I CYCLE CREATINE, YEAH.
