"METAL 4 PETS" is based on the idea of the metal community coming together equally to take a stand for finding homes for abused and/or neglected animals. Which metal head isn't an animal lover? Not too many as far as I know. A home without animals is not a home at all. Everyone knows how happy they feel when they walk in the door to find a furry little friend waiting for them. Its un-conditional love at its fullest. M.4.P. is something that I am going to need a lot of help with but I really think we can pull through and help animals get what they deserve. With the correct direction and contacts, we can prove to the world that metal and the force that supports it, is a family...and family's help each other out. About 2,600 dogs and cats are put down in the United States everyday due to their "number" being up. Shelters just can’t afford to keep animals for such long periods of time so eventually, they destroy the animals. ........We can do something about it. Its going to take a lot of time and hard work but if metal really is the strongest following of a family, then why cant those who care help? NOTE: I am NOT asking for money from anyone. THE MESSAGE: I am asking for support. I am asking YOU to send a comment showing you're support and send a pic of you and your animal/animal's. Yes money is the world's fuel but I feel that if the word is spread enough, we can start receiving the proper backing and eventually funding to find people who fit the criteria for being an animal foster care taker. Saving animals from certain death. THE PLAN: I am going to target bands that you all know and love to weed out the fake from the true. The wealthy ones can afford to donate money to a cause such as this...so lets see. It would be completely awesome to set up an OZZFEST style tour that completely supports this cause rather than assholes drug habbits. I would also like to create an optional donation plan or certain percentage of album sales that go towards M.4.P. FINALLY: Imagine if everyone would adopt just 1 animal. Out of the 500,000+ metal heads in the U.S.A. that would be 500,000 animals in need, who have found a loving home. It's going to be hard and take time but together, we can make a difference.......and that's not fucking bullshit. Who's with me? THERE'S NO EXCUSE FOR ANIMAL ABUSE.
