| I love to sing, i have always sung and i play a few instruments too.I used to be training to be a nurse then i thought that the poorly people could wait but singing couldn't so although i really enjoyed it and kicked ass at nursing i gave it up to try my luck in the music world.I started off singing some songs with some people and somehow ended up recording vocals on garage tracks and had various vinyl releases out and also a single on "Pure Garage Main Room Sessions", it was never really the kind of music i wanted to do and i managed to end up singing in Akira The Don's band "The Women", we kind of ended up all playing together after a Radio 1 Session where Akira The Don dragged us all in for a full band set.That was almost two years ago and I have been singing and playing with him ever since. I am on his album "When We Were Young" which is an amazing album which you should all go out and buy and as ou can see from my photos i sing with him at all his gigs too with the rest of The Women which has been great!I do have part-time day job, but if all goes to plan, hopefully soon i'll be leaving all that behind and doing music full time with my own stuff cos i do like to sing and write and play, plus i get very tired with all the busy laaing i do after work.Working on some exciting new projects at the moment with lots of fun people so will display the results when they're completed!So that's my background stuff i could bore you with a lot more but no one would want that, as for me being me I'm very laid back, i'm cheerful and happy most of the time except for when i'm tired and then i cry!
