Operation Calendar: CAMOUFLAGE: PIN-UP is not just an ordinary calendar! A portion of the proceeds from calendar sales will benefit non-profit organizations that provide financial assistance to wounded Veterans and their families.

Every day more young men and women in uniform return home from the recent military conflict with severe injuries. Many of the wounded require, not just a couple of days, but months and months of rehabilitation. This rehabilitation is physically, mentally and emotionally difficult and it is often financially debilitating for their families. These injured military personnel are the inspiration for Operation Calendar.

With our effort we want to thank our troops for what they are doing for us by helping those whose lives have been turned upside down by serious injury.

A portion of the proceeds from calendar sales or any other Operation Calendar event will be donated to non-profit organizations that provide financial assistance to wounded Veterans and their families.

The Camouflage calendar is quite a body of work. In fact, actual bodies were the canvases used for the 12 gorgeous Pin-Up images featured in this decadent way to keep track of the days of the year. Using only brushes, body paint and the occasional prop (a button here, a scarf there) -- integrated so well into the finished "painting" that you'll have to look closely to spot it – world-renowned body painter Filippo ioco has mastered the art illusion as he has brilliantly painted clothing onto 12 lovely ladies.
