Discovering music at the age of 5, Stephanie Yanez was born to sing. Her love for music eventually led her torecord four songs at PARAMOUNT STUDIOS on Geneon’s Anime Karaoke Collection with three of those songs recorded withoverseas Japan-based record label I’VE, known for their singer Kotoko. This CD also includes the song that she wonat Anime Expo’s AX Idol 2004 “Ningyo Hime” from the top anime series Chobits! Just wanted to point out that when MS.Yanez won AX IDOL the prize was 100 JPOP CDS! It wasn't until a couple days after the competition that she was approached by Geneon to work on the CD!

And since her debut at ANIME EXPO 2005, she has been seen across the country, performing at many different JapaneseEvents, Anime Conventions, and Music Venues. She even went to Japan to have a live performance in HARAJUKU! She hasopened up for overseas Japanese artists YOUSEI TEIKOKU and shared the same stage with KOTOKO. And has now opened upfor Major Record Label Artist NIKKA COSTA at The COACH HOUSE in San Juan Capistrano!

MS.Yanez has revealed her BIGGEST SECRET ! Her first ever solo DOUBLE EP which will have 10BRAND NEW SONGS will be released in JULY 08! Also Stephanie just recently was involved with ANIME SELECTS as a TOKYO REPORTER! She worked in Tokyo for a week being filmed doing various assignments at various places. For example: She was dressed up as a GEISHA in Asakusa, took a NINJA CLASS, went in a OBAKE YASHIKI (Haunted House) in NAMJA TOWN, and interviewed the Burlesque troupe the MURASAKI BABYDOLLS. Stephanie has worked with the popular anime company Broccoli. She was involved with the voice acting/singinggroup DUP USA (Di Gi Charat) as the character RABI EN ROSE.

She has also worked with guitarist FULL METAL NINJA of RANDOM NINJAS on the Collaboration SLY. SLY is aunique blend of hard rock, captivating melodies, and wailing guitar solos offering an enchanting, new, and powerfulsound. She has collaborated with many anime artists like THE SHOGUNATE, SAILOR JAMBOREE, MAJA, ANIME MYU, and RANDOMNINJAS.
