| Columbus Keith Short Jr. was born on September 19, 1982 in Kansas City, Mo. He moved to L.A when he was 5yrs old and he started working in a youth theater. He has been performing since he was 12. He attended Orange County High School of the Arts. After that he joined the broadway tour of Stomp. He has also done Grease, Bus Stop, Once Upon A Mattress, Guys and Dolls, and The Wizard of Oz on stage. When he wasn't getting any theatrical work he started dancing to make money. He learned how to dance at 19 and started choreographying at 20. He choreographed for Brandy, Ashanti, and as most of ya'll know he was a dancer for Britney Spears. He choreographed her "In The Zone" tour. Not only can he act and dance but Columbus is also a percussionist, keyboard player, and a vocalist. For more information, check out the filmography blog. | |
