I was raised by a pack of wild attorneys and a large console color television in the SF Bay Area of the 1960's and 70's. My liberal arts education included a semester at Oxford University and two summer internships as Geppetto's assistant in the family workshop/shed. In 1988, I moved to the City's Mission District where I masqueraded as a conservative legal secretary during the day and consumed copious amounts of sangria in the evenings. Following what a sudden misfire of a neuron in 1998 (it's my story and I'm sticking to it), I found myself in the suburbs of the Sierra foothills, where I now spend my days making less-than-typical art quilts.
