| Initially formed by Laura and Glenn Pinfield several years ago, "Nuclear Umbrella was re-awakened" in late 2006 by a jam with David Bitner and Anthony Darmana.
Each of the members has a long history of playing eclectic music locally. Laura plays violin with the Brevard Symphony Orchestra. Anthony plays with the jam-band Local 518, and along with David and Glenn, forms part of the core of the Melbourne Drum Tribe.
