All artists on the label uniquely design their releases using things and actions such as :: drawing, painting, sewing, screen printing (and much more). The music on cass_et_tape_records varies in instrumentation, production and style from electronic sequencing, layering and sampling to songs recorded straight to tape/disc (with no overdubs) to live performances (presented in "audio verite"). But no reason to get bogged down with semantics, they are all pack-up full of love and care. Check out each release to read about the music and album art and to hear samples. |
