About Me |
|
Try the BEST MySpace Editor and MySpace Backgrounds at MySpace Toolbox !In the sixtees it seemed like there was good music everywhere and all the time, but what I loved most was that sweet soul music, especially the Tamla Motown Recordings and I still adore my first love. When I met my husband he was into American and British blues related music and all that hippie stuff, so we kind off raised each other. In 1987 he started a small 'live music 'bar called 'Double Trouble'. In 1993 we started a bigger venue called Crossroadscafé, we still have live music every sunday afternoon. (Blues, Americana and Roots) Monday evening we have live jazzconcerts. (Check out the website: www.crossroadscafe.be) Seeing all these great concerts made me want to play the bass and two years later I had the chance to play a few concerts with U.P. Wilson and later with Johnny Sansone, Eddie Martin, Elmore D... Sometimes I have a band, sometimes I work on getting a band... |
