| I love yoga. I am an Ashtanga vinyasa teacher and a student of yoga at Its Yoga Las Vegas. I hear all the time how people wish they could do yoga BUT, They aren't flexible enough or They don't bend that way....Yoga is not about touching your toes, standing on your head or twisting into a pretzel. Yoga is about learning to slow down calming your mind and making a connection with yourself. With a consistent yoga practice you will experience increased physical strength & flexibility, toned muscles, core definition, deeper breath capacity. These things may come and go through your life. What you get to keep is an enhanced mental awareness and a renewed sense of harmony! | |
