Sometimes are good, sometimes are not.Ken Masters cemented his name in 2004 with the release of the Iraqi/Bush war inspired track "The War Report," which featured hot up-n-comers "Juice Rochester", "Mhedikc" and "Advasaree". Masters then followed w/ the campus radio single "Take You There," which reflected many of Masters inner goals and aspirations. The servicing of his latest buzz track "Back to Back" featuring his "Home Team" Partner "Daetona". Is getting amazing feedback and has been added as the leadoff single for the Canadian based compilation "Up North Trip Volume 4"(Distributed by Universal/Audio Research) .Master's management's belief in grassroots marketing will have Masters spending the next year and a half recording his debut album, as well as perfecting his Live Performace, (He has opened for platinum selling artists, such as "Young Buck", "Mario", "Inspectah Deck" Of the Wu Tang Clan, and also has wrapped up a west coast tour with "The Game") while at the same time building his demand on the streets by seizing every opportunity available to brand his name and strengthen his buzz.Despite all the controversy surrounding Masters, ( his lawsuit against the Toronto police for false arrest and assault) The 2005 Importfest Freestyle Battle Champion has no interest in stopping. The release of "The Masters Plan" MixCD (Sponsored by the urban clothing line Rocawear and promotion company Round Table Entertainment) gave 5000 fans and tastemakers a chance to hear what the hype is about.
