| NATHALIE GAMPERT ITALIAN AND SWISS BASS PLAYER/COMPOSER.she has lived in Geneva, Los Angeles, London, Paris and Bogotá where she has performed and recorded with a variety of artists and in a variety of styles. She has recently released a CD on the market, “BAJOS DISTINTOS” , a fusion of jazz, funk and folklore from Colombia’s Caribbean coast. The CD, Bajos Distintos won two composition awards from the Colombian Insitute of Culture and Tourism, was classified among the ten best Colombian productions in 2005 by SEMANA magazine, and was among the winners of the IDCT Jazz, Fusión and World Music festivals in 2004 and 2005.
