Welcome to our myspace page. We are a collectively-run quartet, performing and recording our own compositions together for nearly a decade.

We formed Cosmologic in San Diego in 1999, first developing our approach over a six month weekly engagement at the now-defunct Galoka Jazz Scene. We continued to perform in Europe, the US, Canada and Mexico, and released our first three albums through Circumvention Music , an "independent record label dedicated to releasing cutting-edge improvised and experimental music." Our albums released through this artist-run, West Coast label have been praised by critics in many countries and languages.

We're excited to announce that for our new 2008 release, Eyes in the Back of My Head, we're partnering with Cuneiform Records , an East Coast label renowned internationally for its creative and diverse catalog.
