ALL THE TRACKS ON THIS PAGE ARE ME SINGING. SOME PEOPLE THOUGHT THAT I HAD DOWNLOADED RECORDINGS OF CALLAS. THESE ARE THREE TRACKS FROM MY LIVE CONCERT IN BEDFORD WITH SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA AND ONE TRACK FROM MY OLD CD 2003. My most major influence during my life is the great Artist MARIA CALLAS. I first heard her singing when I was seven years old and she has been my inspiration ,the reason for my artistic drive. I also had the great privilege of meeting and studying with the International Concert and Opera singer Jenny Hill(International who's who in Music) who studied with the Spanish coloratura soprano Elvira di Hidalgo ,who taught MARIA CALLAS. I was a member of the BBC Symphony Chorus and participated in BBC Promenade Concerts ,Recordings and World Premieres and therefore, it was a great apprenticeship as a young singer , working with great soloists,the composers Tippett,Penderecki,Messaien and many great orchestras and conductors. I was a member of the National Youth Choir of Great Britain which included a tour of the West of America, Hawaii and Canada. Later I began singing small roles and Chorus with British Youth Opera,Richmond Opera,AAC presents Opera For All. I successfully completed a tour of England,Wales singing Mercedes with Opera School Wales. I have given a number of solo recitals at Burgh House and for The Maria Callas International Society.I gave a solo recital in Kefalonia, Greece. I consider charity concerts to be one of the highlights of my career . Appearing at Charity Gala Evenings at the Lansdowne Club,Opera Recital for Friends of Columbia Social Aid at Dunsborough Park. I have appeared as guest artist at the Royal Star & Garter Home in Richmond. I have successfully completed tour of Impressario by Mozart in Scotland. I have participated in London Masterclasses with Stuart Burrows and at Academia del L'Arte in Arezzo,Toscana in Italy ,with Wally Salio,Fausto Nardi and Simione Ori. Sharon's recordings are taken from her apperance as guest artist In Charity Concert for Macmillan Cancer Relief in Bedford ,with full Smyphony Orchestra.
