Daniel Arruda (Kbça) Compositor y musico brasileiro nascido no interior de Sao Paulo,na fronteira com Minas Gerais. Iniciou sua experiencia musical ainda menino , tocando em bandas marciais na escola. Em 1994 teve seu primeiro grupo chamado, Black Maria com influencia rock , hard core e hip hop dos anos 90. Seguiu tocando por bares em sua cidade sozinho ou acompanhado por diferentes musicos ,integrou grupos como ,Os magos da ilha,Cunmucanacumbuca, viajou muito por interior de Sao Paulo e Minas Gerais ,principalmente Belo Horizonte, tambem passou muitos veroes no sul da Bahia tocando em locais dos mais diversos,viajou ainda por todo norte e nordeste de Brasil realizando um sem numero de apresentacoes . Brazilian musician and songwriter. Born and raised in the region between the states of Sao Paulo and Minas Gerais. During his early childhood, his musical interest was sparked by playing in the school orchestra. In 1994 his first band "Black Maria" was founded and influenced by rock, hard core, and 90s hip hop. In the following years, he performed solo and together with other bands such as, "Os magos da Ilha" or "Cunmucanacumbuca". During the summer, he toured extensively playing all over the state of Sao Paulo and the neightbouring state of Minas Gerais, and even the north & northeast coast of Brazil. In 2001, Daniel set off to Barcelona,Spain where he developed a new band "Negokbça" . This led him to take part in some of the most important festivals of Catalunya and all over Spain. In 2004, he began recording and self-producing his band..s CD "Relo Rolo" participating as a composer and musician. It went on to sell over 20,000 copies. Later in 2004, he took part in another CD-recording with "Shiva Sound" . Today it..s renowned in Spain after they were contracted by the Label "Ventilador Musik". 2007 he has composed and produced ,the new childrens song book ,from the germany book writer, Dietrich Grönemeyer , Der Kleine Medicus , neuer abenteuer ,with hörverlag 2007. Over the years, Daniel has performed with such famous artists as Lenine,Alceu Valença,Trio Virgulinho,Engeneiros de Hawaii,Paulinho Moska,Tribo de Jah,Dominguinhos,Elba Ramarho and others. His own personal mix of rythmic acoustic guitar, a warm & captivating voice, created his own brand which he calls "Nova Musica Popular Brasileira"(NMPB) meaning New Wave of Brazilian Folk Music. His poetic songs reflect his experiences & travels beginning in Brazil and later leading him to Europe.
