BRIEF HISTORY:Kenny Charles born in Trinidad in San Juan. Kenny started playing the guitar at an early age and hit the radio with his local band Ken Charles and The Stereo Tones at the young age of 17. Quickly hitting the no1 spot on three occasions. Kenny widened his field to Televison holding the resident band spot for two year on the TTT network. After this Kenny penned two song for a movie song track. (The Right and the Wrong). Also Kenny played and toured with the Mighty Sparrow. He then played with Lord Shorty (one of the innovators of Soca.) With his hard work, talent and musical experience Kenny’s performing Style can be likened to the great George Benson, Jackie Wilson and Sam Cooke. Kenny worked his way to London via performing on the Cruise ship’s. Arriving in England Kenny stamped his mark on the London music scene. Working he way to a Record deal with MCA, going to make many performanses on the Euro Vison Song Contest. Kenny has gone on to work with the like of --Stevie Wonder....(supported)..George Benson,....Stylistics,.......The Commodors,.....The Jackson 5,.......etc.. and is now working and guiding top up and coming session players around the country. Kenny is also working on a album project with Welsh born Paul Maxwell, co writting and producing. ( Due for completion at the end of November 2007). Kenny is also in the process of writting his new album.
