We offer small size classes Each class consists of stretching and learning sexy ways to strengthen your body to prepare and build the muscles for pole work. In session three you will have an hour long session on the pole, learning basic twirls and sensual moves. You will put the moves together from session one and two for an empowering pole dance. |
