| Jens Hausmann: piano influenced grooving fingerstyle guitar - Acoustic Guitarist & Singer/Songwriter with a bluesy, jazzy, funky soul For about 25 years he has been a working musician live, in the studio and giving guitar-lessons. Over the years he had the chance to have his share in all kinds of music, any style, from working solo, in bands, big bands and even orchestras. Collecting lots of experience with hundreds of gigs and sessions he had the chance to develop his own style and unique kind of piano influenced fingerstyle guitar, but still his main roots would be blues, jazz & folk with a funky soul. Currently he is working solo and in duos on guitar, vocals, bass and mandolin. Besides playing and teaching he regularly writes reviews, workshops and interviews for the German Magazine Akustik Gitarre. Stilistisch geht Hausmann an der akustischen Gitarre mit instrumentalen Eigenkompositionen in die Breite. Irgendwo zwischen Jazz, Latin und Folk gibt es Anklänge an die Tradition von Chet Atkins, seine jazzigen Passagen erinnern an Joe Pass und als roter Faden ziehen sich südamerikanische Elemente und Flamenco Einflüsse durch sein eher klassisch-pianistisch geprägtes Gitarrenspiel. Nachdem sich der Gitarrist Jens Hausmann vor allem im Jazzbereich auf verschiedene Duo-Projekte konzentriert hat, gibt es seit Mitte der 90er ein Soloprogramm, in dem instrumentale Fingerstyle Stücke und Singer/Songwriter Musik aus überwiegend eigener Feder verbunden werden. Weiterhin sowohl am Duo-Konzept als auch an Klavierarrangements orientiert, fließt hier manche zweite Stimme in den Gesang ein, wenn sie nicht mehr auf das Griffbrett passt. So entwickelte sich aus der musikalischen Herausforderung über die Jahre eine abwechslungsreiche Flexibilität mit viel spontaner Spielfreude im eigenen Stil. Seit etwa 25 Jahren ist der Musiker live, im Studio und Unterricht aktiv. Über die Jahre konnte er bei hunderten von Auftritten in den meisten musikalischen Musikstilen und Konstellationen Erfahrungen sammeln, wodurch sein eigener Stil geprägt ist. Flankierend zu diesen Tätigkeiten ist er regelmäßig als Journalist für musikalische Fachzeitschriften wie Akustik Gitarre tätig. Jens Hausmann ist Produktberater für Themenreisen rund um die Musik bei Reisekultouren.de . Da verwundert es nicht, dass stilistische Einflüsse von Irish Folk und Flamenco seine Musik inspirieren. Eigene Songs wie 'Angels's Share' und 'Sigue tu corazon' erzählen von Impressionen der Reisen von Reisekultouren.
