| They call me Producer Laura -- actually, I call myself that too. Lately I've been shortening it to "PL" -- We'll see if that catches on.
I'm the Senior Producer at Maxim Radio (Sirius 108), booking guests and running around behind the scenes for Stretch, Covino & Rich, and Devore & Diana. If you listen closely, you might occasionally get to hear my voice, too! If I sound familiar, you might have heard me before; I co-hosted "the Bower Show" (one of Maxim Radio's inaugural programs, which aired for two and a half years), had my own show on a rock music channel in San Francisco, and was also part of the John London Not Just Sports Show for two years. My voice can be heard on various radio commercials and in the video game "Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories". I was also part of Dove's Campaign For Real Beauty -- you can see an extended version of one of my commercials by clicking on "see me in action" to the left. If you are a musician or band who wants to get played on Maxim Radio, unfortunately I can't help you. However, you are welcome to submit your music to Sirius! There are instructions on the "help" page at www.sirius.com. Check out the page, add me as a friend, and listen to Maxim Radio! Also, you may have noticed that in 2007, I changed my main profile picture every day. All of those photos can be seen in the second slide show below. The top slide show is additional photos -- there were just too many to choose from! I am not changing my profile photo every day any more, but I will still be changing it often. If there is a photo in the top slide show that you'd like to see featured as a profile photo, add a comment saying so and I'll make it happen for you. After all, you are why I am on myspace in the first place!!!! :-) |
