Positiva se forma en el 2002 a partir de la disolucion de Subliminal y Gilah Monster, donde tocaban Julen (bateria) y Txetxu (bajista) respectivamente. A ellos se unen Miguel (guitarra y voz, ex-Bliss, ex-Shisha Pangma) y Julio (guitarra y voz, ex-Bliss) quienes completan la formacion de la banda. A medidados del 2004 graban su primera demo y comienzan a dar conciertos, unos 30 desde entonces en los cuales han compartido escenario con grupos de la talla de Los Natas, Amon Ra, Nebula, Viaje a 800, The Sword... asi mismo, participan en dos ocasiones en el concurso "Pop Rock Villa de Bilbao". En 2005 graban una segunda demo para testear los temas a introducir en su debut, "Centaur's Ride", editado el 1 de Enero del 2007 por el sello independiente galaico cantabro Odio Sonoro. El dise..o del innovador libreto que acompa..a al CD ha sido obra de Artidoto.
