| .. Click here to check out The Capital District Drink And Draw! I LOVE to draw! Although I love it I don't have as much time as I used to but I do try to squeeze a sketch in here and there. I mostly work with oil pastels and charcoal because I absolutely love the texture it gives on the paper and it makes blending WONDERFUL! I have been drawing since....well I can't remember but I do remember how art class in elementary school was an escape. I always felt comfortable and confident in the art room...art was probably the only thing I did feel confident as a little girl. Drawing is ME TIME and if I didn't draw at all I would probably climb a clock tower and spray bullets on today's society. In other words...it's relaxing time, it clears my mind and lets me forget about every bill I've ever owed on, what I have to do for school, are the bill collectors going to call today?, how many people at work am I going to fight with?, how I have to clean my messy apartment, how many friends are going to be mad at me because I'm spending most of my time on school....all of that releases from my brain and it feels erotic!!!
