1992, Martin Bongard aka DJ Moon startet Djing. Together with Steve Mason, he had his first gig at Kesselhaus in Wipperfürth. Shortly after, he became resident at the legendary Atomic-Club in Cologne. After its closing, DJ Moon took on the residency at Chrome Club in Cologne. At numerous bookings in the Rhineland, notorious for its parties, he played alongside big names as Chris Liebing, Hooligan, Pascal F.E.O.S, Paul Cooper, Plank, O.J. Hess, Oliver Moldan etc. At the famous Wipeout Party in Cologne, he was one of the permanent resident DJs. But also beyond Colognes borders, he played at Dortmund's Factory as well as at Konsum in Düsseldorf, and nearly all famous clubs in Rhineland. He can regularly be seen at the Breakfast Beats parties at Teatro, and at the Marabu Events in Cologne About his own work, DJ Moon says "I would describe my music as Minimal Techno, although I don't like to lay down my style of music too much."
