Jayne decided to pick up the wheels of steel over 10 years ago after playing on her brothers decks. In time she developed an ear for house with her passion leading her to become one of Birminghams most successful female Djs of the generation.

Armed with an impressive collection of tracks, the now named 'G.I. Jayne' has gone from strength to strength and in the last 4 years alone has rocked crowds all over the UK, with a number of residencies. Jayne has also warmed up alongside some of the world top dogs including the Freemasons, Alex P, Paul Kershaw, Kate Lawler, Lisa Uique, Sharon O Love, Galaxy Fm (to name but a few!).

Her talent and staus in the industry has landed her gigs at 'Blush' (London), 'Baby Slinky' (The Lounge, Burton), 'Chic' (Birmingham), 'Gatecrasher' (Nottingham), 'So Funk' (Susumi, Derby)and has even managed to hitch gigs whilst they were on tour (through Burton at the 'Lounge') with 'Miss money pennies', 'Hoysesonnic' and Hed Kandi'

Jayne now enjoys Cd format and believes that digital djing is the way forward, dropping the beats of house, dirty house and electro (Although her touch for vinyl is not forgotten!).

2007 looks set to be a fantastic year for G.I. Jayne with upcoming gigs for the rising 'Speekafreeka' at numerous venues and an invitation to rock the party at 'Pascha' (Egypt)and even ibiza! Still holding her own as a female DJ, this diva looks to pursue her career further and show that girls always come out on top!
