| Im a single dad of two ( a boy and a girl), I work two jobs, and when not at work I spend as much time as possible with my kids.
Ive been a firefighter/paramedic for 8 years, before that I was ( and still am parttime) a p.a.d.i. scuba instructor. I taught scuba for club med for a couple years, in mexico and in the turks islands. After coming back to canada, i taught on the vancouver coast, but settled down when i found that i was going to be a dad. ( yah i know..."being a fireman is settling down?!")
For years I tried to learn a new sport each year ( hang gliding, skydiving, rugby, golfing, skeet shooting etc) and still do a few favs. I do recovery diving for cars that go through the ice on the lakes in this area for insurance companies, and I do recovery diving for the r.c.m.p.
I am taking guitar lessons with my son ( the easiest way to keep them interested is to be involved with them) and trying to show enthusiasim about taking piano lessons with my daughter.
