| Músico autodidacta, basa gran parte de su repertorio en el blues acústico de finales de los años 20 y 30, el genuino country blues. Versiones de Big Bill Broonzy, Reverend Gary Davis, Robert Johnson, Mississippi John Hurt, Willie Brown... y algunas composiciones propias. Combina una intrincada técnica de fingerpickin' con voz en algunos temas. Otra parte del repertorio la basa en versiones de los grandes guitarristas de fingerpickin': Merle Travis, Chet Atkins y Jerry Reed, estos ya tocados con guitarra eléctrica.Es difícil en nuestro país encontrar músicos que toque estos estilos en vivo, así que si puedes, no te lo pierdas o mejor aún: contrátalo!!. | |
