The group began its existence in September of the year 2003. Eduardo Modiano and Rene Rebora joined with Diego Avila after retiring from another project, however, they quit because it did not work out. The trio soon began to search for a drummer. After som time, they finally got hold of Rafiq Mandal. At this time, the quartet quickly began to work and developed a few o their own songs, nevertheless, they ran into difficulties because another guitarist could not be found. In the beginning, they began experimenting with Tali Klip and Ximena Velasquez; two friends who hung out with the band and wished to be part of it. Nevertheless, things did not work out. On top of that, there were problems with Rafiq, the drummer, who ended up quiting the band and Morbid Roots was delayed for some time. At these moments, Eddie, the guitarist, integrated in another well-known band, but continued to work on Morbid Roots. Morbid roots was able to pull in the drummer of the other group (Carlos Rodriguez) to "lend them a hand", and Morbid Roots went on. Mowever, at mid-year 2005, Eddie and Carlos left the group because of pressures from both bands. Once thgis happened, Morbid Roots fell apart with simply Diego and Rene reducing. They decided to begin another band, and with the aid of Eddie, other members were located. The separation of the band lasted a year..... But in June 2006, a proposition was placed forth: Revive Morbid Roots! Now Eddie, Diego, Rene, Carlos and Bernie are joined together once more to blow some headsa and play high quality metal, thanks to the growing experience they have aquired in the past.

El grupo inicio su existencia en septiembre del año 2003. Eduardo Modiano y Rene Rebora se juntaron con Diego Avila después de retirarse de otro proyecto en el que estuvieron trabajando junto con otras personas, ya que ese no resulto ser lo que buscaban. El trío se dirigió en busca de un baterista. Después de un tiempo, finalmente conocieron a Rafiq Mandal. El cuarteto comenzó a trabajar y rápidamente tuvieron temas propios, sin embargo, se toparon con dificultades debido a que no se podía hallar ninguna tocada ni otro guitarrista. Al principio comenzaron a experimentar con Tali Klip y Ximena Velásquez; dos amigas que se juntaban con la banda y deseaban ser parte de ella. Sin embargo, no funcionó. Aparte de esto, hubo problemas con el baterista Rafiq quien se retiró de la banda y así, Morbid Roots se delató por un tiempo. En ese tiempo el guitarrista Eddie, se integro en otra banda más conocida, pero continuó con el proyecto de Morbid Roots. Atrajo al baterista del otro grupo (Carlos Rodríguez) para “echarles una mano”, y Morbid Roots siguió con lo suyo. Sin embargo, para mediados del año 2005, tuvieron que retirarse Eddie y Carlos del grupo ya que el otro no apreciaba la idea de “doble-banda”. Con eso, Morbid Roots se despedazó con simplemente Diego y Rene restando. Ellos decidieron comenzar otra banda, y con la ayuda de Eddie, se pudo localizar a otros integrantes. La separación de la banda duró un año. En Junio del 2006, Eddie llegó con una propuesta para sus viejos integrantes: Revivir Morbid Roots. Ahora mismo se están juntando Carlos, Eddie, Rene, Diego y Bernie, el ex guitarrista de la banda anterior, para revivir la esperanza y continuar con música más pesada, más agresiva y por supuesto de mejor calidad ya que cada uno de estos integrantes creció musicalmente en los años de separación.
