| The Art of Self Defense's debut cd, The Devil Every Sixteen Feet, distills an entire decade into a potent brew of psychedelic power- pop -prog- alt metal. The band manages to capture both the rock fury of Black Sabbath (without being "stoner rock")and Pink Floyd's skewed view on the world we live in. They even throw in some old school Genesis flavor for good measure. With new tracks on the assembly line, the band continues to stretch it's legs and is venturing even more into the heavy world of modern prog rock...What's your favorite T.A.O.S.D. single? |
