| UMI Entertainment is a Toronto based record label founded by award winning producer, songwriter & artist James Bryan. James proven track record for success is documented extensively in the mainstream & alternative press with several feature articles on his contributions to the Canadian Music Scene. As a member of platinum selling act The Philosopher Kings(Sony/BMG),co-creator of multi- platinum animated dance act Prozzak (Universal/Maple ), Producer & songwriter for platinum selling artist Fefe Dobson(Island / Universal), and Universal/ Blacksmith artist Divine Brown (which he won 2 socan awards in 2006 for Fefe’s 1 hit “Everything” & Divines 1 hit “Old Skool Love”) If that isn't enough, James is an established solo artist with the critically acclaimed release of “Beautiful World” on Universal Music.
Umi Entertainment is a window into many different musical influences of James Bryan. James has built a diverse roster of impressive talent in a variety of musical genres, each with the potential of reaching a wide global audience.
