Music:Some of my favourites are tech house djs like Marc Romboy, Robert Babicz and Stephen Bodzin. They blow me away with awesome sounds. I think John Dahlback has a lot of great tunes. Zoo Brazil, Oliver Gregoire, Blake Baxter are all in my top collection. I recently was introduced to Eric Entrena who just fuckn ROCKS! And also Chus and Ceballos have recently been brought to my attention. I managed to see them live recently and was really impressed by their distinctive sound that stands out from others. Another at the top of my list would definitely have to be Mike Monday. When he does dark dirty beats he does them well. He is played a hell of a lot in my hut!I love my tech-house but i definitely have a craving for breaks as well. Good breaks (when they are done right) just get you moving. That loud forced beat makes me dance and move in a way like no other type of music.Tribal i have much respect for. I would love to one day say i'm a tribal dj but at the moment i feel humbled by its sound. I have a lot of admiration for the two djs that introduced me to tribal. They are so passionate about tribal and they make it so tasty that I want to grab ahold of that sound and just bloody enjoy it!I like to play stuff that i enjoy whether it be house, tech house, electro, prog, breaks, mash-ups whatever as long as it gets me and others moving. |
