VANESSA BOYD has been playing original music now for over 5 years : where you ask? well, i'll tell you : in TX, LA & Appalachia mostly, but also in the various places she's visited :: recently she had a band called the yes men : this band made wonderful music : this music may have continued, but life is choices and choices were made and the music ended : this is probably a good thing for some people :: now VANESSA lives in NYC : looking for some new avenues : she'd like to do some back-up vocals : get involved in the DJ-electronica scene, use her vocals more as an instrument rather than a lyrics-carrier : she'll hit up the open mics, scope out the live music joints, and see where that leads :: ps. i list actual start times for shows, as they've been given to me at any rate. v. |
