| James Anthony has been DJ’ing forever- and he’s got the pictures to prove it! This dynamic performer has shown a tremendous affinity for music from an extremely young age, and has spent a better part of his life bringing it to the masses. A graduate of Fordham University in the Bronx, James got his start in radio working in the promotions department at WKTU 103.5 in New York City. Within weeks, he secured his own weekly mix show in the "KTU Freestyle Free For All". Only twenty one years of age at the time, James was the youngest mix show DJ to hold a weekly residency on the New York City FM dial.
Throughout his successful five year stint with WKTU as the resident freestyle DJ, James expanded his repertoire to include a weekly current dance mix show on Sirius Satellite Radio channel 36, "The Beat" and on "Original Hot 97" (originalhot97.com). He can now be heard Monday-Friday from 5-6pm on New York's new dance music station, Pulse 87.7 WNYZ. By day, when not digging through his crates of vinyl, James works as a talk show producer at Sirius Satellite Radio.
