CARA-C, an international pop violinist, plays her red electric violin that soars with feminine mystique. Her style is sensual, expressive, and virtuosic. What’s more, “my compositions are also visual… I see colors when I compose,” says CARA.Inspired by Jean-Luc Ponty and encouraged by Burt Bacharach, CARA-C took her violin and invented a fresh, new pop violin sound. CARA’s soulful melodies melt and satisfy the heart. Her ethereal melodies and contemporary pop sounds appeal to a worldwide audience. She explains, “There is always that rush performing in Carnegie Hall, but for me, nothing compares with playing my own songs to a wild and crazy audience!”CARA’s career has included performing with some of the music industry’s giants, Burt Bachrach, Kenny Loggins, Barry Manilow, Whitney Houston, and N-Sync among others.CARA-C graduated from the Juilliard School and was awarded “Best Violinist” by the Los Angeles Music Awards.
