| THE CREW Cheap Ass Life is Anthony, Ryan, Maria, ECHO, francinism. Well, it all started a little over a year ago at the Hirax show. Anthony was sitting near some friends and I alone so we got to talking to him cause he looked lonely. He told us about his distro Pollution Unit and all the awesome records he had. Naturally i wanted to buy some or even trade so we swaped info and got to talking. We both wanted to put out record but didnt have enough funds do to do it so we thought about the next best thing...a zine. And thus, Cheap Ass Life was born. Anthony enlisted the help of his pals Maria, ECHO, Jesse, and SATAN, and we got to working on it. Many months later we finally finished the first issue and were really stoked on it. CAL zine is pretty much just about the shit we live, noise, graf, stencils, records, and other cool shit like that. Keep an eye out for another issue one publishment, issue 2 which is already in the works, and Cheap Ass Life's first vinyl release all in the near future!
