| Grew up on a beautiful island in the southern hemisphere to the rhythm of our music the SEGA and to the sound of the waves on our golden beaches . Sounds idyllic? _ for most of the time it was. Eventful things were happening around us but we took it in our stride and reacted to them with music and the theatre. We also had the demonstrations! I come from a truly multicultural background! It was at weddings that you would see the various strands of the family ..black-white-yellow etc... The music I listened to then, apart the homegrown SEGA were mainly from France - England and USA. My love for music and for the theatre has been passed down to my 3 daughters.
All 3 are now involved in some forms or other.------------------------------------------------Je suis née dans une petite île et grandis au son du Sega et aux sons des vagues qui caressaient et fouettaient nos plages. La vie semblait belle en ce temps la. Nous étions des idealists et la musique et les vers etaient nos armes. Il y en avait d’autres qui se bagailler mais moi je chantais, dansais, faisais du theatre et recitais des vers avec mes amis a travers l’île.Comment puis-je me decrire? Fille du Monde.Est ce que je suis toujours la meme. Je crois que tout au fond de moi, je suis la meme. Il a fallu que je m’adapte avec les changements tout autour de moi.J’ai trois filles et dans chacune d’entre elle je me retrouve un tout p’tit peu.
