I am the author of a new book called The Marks Left Behind, a book that can be purchased on my site by Clicking here: order book This is a very serious and deep book that provokes and challeges you to take action. It will take you on a ride to the inner most parts of the problems we face in the urban community. One of my Biggest fears is that we may not have a generation to take our places. The black youth are in trouble and are dying at an alarming rate, and drugs and money are the major causes. The only thing that can stop this problem is Christ our savior. You will enjoy the entire book! Enough about that; I was born in Memphis Tenn, but grew up in Columbus, Ohio. I served 20 years in the United States Navy. Earned a Master's Degree in Human Resources Development/Management. My hobbies are Writing, Basketball, and reciting poety to jazz music. Currently living in Jacksonville Florida, but considering moving to Texas. I have a wife and three kids, a 21 years old daughter, 18 years old son and a three years old baby girl. I learned quickly that life is about choices and being able to live with the choices that you make. everything that seems good is not good for you. Treasure people in life and not the material things you acquire in life. Most importantly, try to live a life that is pleasing to God and to yourself and then you will make the most impact. |
