| I make music using a Roland VS-840EX 8xtrack, my steel string guitar, a crappy microphone, some borrowed break-beats from an online drum machine site, and every last drop of talent I can squeeze out of me. So far, I've got Zip Disks full of songs, but I don't have a decent computer, nor have I ever used any music programs, so... Yeah, I'm having problems with producing a clean demo, good enough to play someone or even post up on this site. But then again, "Where there's a Will..." Watch this space. Heh. UPDATE! 02/06/08 - The Roland VS-840EX I use has inexplicably started to fragment the data on my Zip disks, which basically means I can't record new stuff or edit any previously recorded songs until I can afford to get it fixed and/or buy a laptop and teach myself 'Reason' or 'ProTools' or some other such program I've no idea how to use... [DEEP BREATH] Grrr.... So yeah, like I typed, if you want to hear some of my songs... Watch this space... Just remember to blink; it might be a while... |
