I'd like to meet:----- My father provided true reports from NICAP for the movie Close Encounters. Below you will find clips from that movie. I am sure my father felt that the reports that he provided were investigated to its fullest and was not determined to be a government project, hoax or various other conclusions. Steven Speilberg I want to talk to you about this movie. And, I would like to talk to any close encounter fans. My father said that 85% of reports were proven to not be a ufo. And there was the remaining percentage that NICAP just could not explain. I hope that some how this can help you all in your ufo quest. The movie "Close Encounters" is released to the public; a new effort at acclimation toward pseudo- friendly aliens. In 1978 the United States sends new F-16 aircraft to NATO allies on Soviet ships.
