| We've been jammin together since we were in high school. 17 years or so, but who's counting right? It all started in about 1990 with a little project we called Hatred. Just some pissed of highschool kid's with a passion for HEAVY music. At first it was the cousins (FOUNDERS & FAMILY) & it was purely an outlet for our agression which it seems we have alway's had an over abundance of. Soon after Dennis was brought into the mix on guitar & we formed what would later be called Hybrid. We honed our skills for some time in a place that we affectionately called "The Sweatbox". Then the search for a worthy bass player began.
Man was that a fucking nightmare! There were many & they were all complete fuckin flakes. To make a long story short we eventually landed Chris & things just seemed to click. -WarCouncil- was born! In a short time we had a shitload of songs down & headed into Studio 9 in P-Town (Pomona) to cut our demo. We managed to bang out three songs in as many hours & it appeared the wheels of the machine were spinning in overdrive.
It was time to make an impact! There were a few gig's, a couple of parties & would'nt you know it, Chris turned out to be the biggest salad tossing feltching flake we'd ever had the displeasure of associating with! It was'nt long before Dennis followed suit. I guess the surplus of testoserone was just to much for them so they decided to skip off into the sunset together & try to form a sweet cover band that would allow them to play turd nurggling tunes to their little heart's delight! What ever the fuck put's the cream in your Twinkie?
So now were back to where it all started. (FOUNDERS & FAMILY) We're in this shit for the long haul & if The Creator wills it, one day we'll be playin this stuff for the grandkids. We are the sons of Americas 1st peoples. For the un-informed that means, Indigenous Americans! Like the beat of the tribal drums music is implanted deep within our souls. It has been passed down through generations for many centuries & we hope to keep the tradition alive. We have experienced many trials & tribulations, as every band does. Line-up changes, tweekers, arrogant assholes, etc... Still searching for guitar & bass players. The Council must come to order!
