| Over 20 years of music and military experience created musician, SERGEANT PETER JESTER, composer of "the Jester & the Unhappy Girl" (A musical story about medieval tragedy). Jester also composed "MilitiA" (1992) rereleased on cd which included live tracks performed at CLUB DIX. PETER has performed over 330 times in over 80 different venues mostly in NJ & NY but also in TN, PA, DE & MD. He has also performed at weddings, retirement homes, BBQ's, birthdays, etc.
SERGEANT PETER JESTER is a professional DJ, karaoke & guitar hero host. On guitar he covers many popular country, rock and metal tunes. He also plays childrens songs and standards on many instruments. JESTER is also an accomplished songwriter with a following.
"I like speed, I do sweep arpeggios and fast scale patterns, but haven't played with a pic in many years. I have a comfortable fast finger style utilizing all 5 fingers at will." SERGEANT JESTER has also been described like a faster version of the Pink Floyd.
In 2005 when SERGEANT PETER JESTER performed songs off of his "MilitiA" CD at Club Dix (Fort Dix, NJ) for soldiers deploying overseas. "I consider that time the high point of my life. I spent my life training and taking care of soldiers."
SFC JESTER retired in 2007 after 24 total years in the military and is now very active in the New Jersey Shore music scene. JESTER is known for good vocals, fast guitar licks, finger style rhythms and songs about military life.Jester can host any event, any size, knows many other professionals as reliable back ups or contacts that may better suit your venue or event.

Airborne Ranger and Eensy Weensey Spider were recorded on my Marantz CD burner as a 1 track demo (2007) with an acoustic nylon guitar.BRM Expert and Drill Sergeant's Song were recorded solo from my tascam 4 track, violins, drums, elec. guitars, keyboards or other noises were played back to give the sound of a full band for my MilitiA CD (1991) (R2006).Blizzard Sizzle (Black Star) was recorded from my very first use of my tascam 4 track in 1990 called the Classics with electric and acoustic guitars. Influences: Yngwie Malmsteen, Metallica, Pink Floyd, Neil Young, Toby Keith, Murray Cook, etc. and local friends- Robert Ruscus (rockin ruckus), John Cantamessa, Andrew Grogan (AJ Stone), Nicholas Apicelli, Reid Totten & Bob Bradley (Krazy Fingers).
