My name is Dani, some of you may have previously known me as Donna, or Donna-Marie but that name no longer exists. I've had it changed legally woohoo! I work as a Teaching Assistant 5 mornings a week at Hempstead Junior School, mostly with year 3's. I also work through lunchtime running a socialising club for some of the children (and yes that's paid work not volunteering anymore!) I am a lesbian, and not only am I in a relationship with a wonderful woman called Nic; I'm completely in love with her. She means the entire world to me and I hope we'll be together for the rest of our lives! Supposedly I live at home with my mum, and we also share a house with my grandparents. (I spend most of my time at Nicx though!) Although we argue a lot, in reality, my mum and I have a fantastic relationship and tell each other almost everything. A few of my unexpected interests and hobbies: Architecture - Brighton Train Station is one of my fave places because of this! I love looking at structures and architectural desing, almost as much as I like building and designing. Ancient History - the Greeks and Egyptians are something I'd love to learn more about, but I don;t know where this fascination comes from. Classical Music - Piano music mostly.. Ludovico Einaudi is amazing... I also like some Opera music, but I think I would hate to see it live... Jazz is another music passion! Romantic Novels - Marian Keyes is my favourite author. When I start one of her books, I dont put it down til it's finished. I am a complete soppy romantic. Shakespeare - I adore Shakespeare! Anyone who went to RMGS and had Mrs Hepburn will not understand this at all... but I love her for finding my love of Shakespeare. Art - Specifically Salvador Dali... again... thanks to Mrs Hepburn... Landscape with Butterflies is my favourite piece. Turner is another of my favourite artists. Extreme Sports - Surfing and Skateboarding fascinate me... Unfortunately I've never really been given to chance to learn either, but maybe one day! If not, I'll just continue to watch in awe! Tennis - Although I don't know who's who since the day of lovely Jen Capriati, I still watch it occasionally and would really love to get back into playing! Trains - Please dont ask me why because I don't really know, but I LOVE trains! I have a dream to spend Valentines day on board the Orient Express... Only £250 each, anyone offering?! .. |

Music:Love a bit of everything, and despite the missus' disapprovals, I still like Jazz, Swing and Big Band music! |

Movies:Anything gay, or funny! Kid's animations are always good too. Pirates of the Carribean and Harry Potter are definately tops! |

Television:Comedy shows are a must, especially Will and Grace, and My Family. Loving the soaps too... Watch Enders, Dale, Street, and classic Neighbours, although daytime tv is great and I'm definately not looking forward to missing loose women! |

Books:Marian Keyes is the fave author! Although again, anything gay is fairly good. I like autobiographies too although I'll be honest and admit I've never read a whole one! |
