Boxers come to NCBR from shelters, as strays, and from owners who need to give up their dogs due to unfortunate life circumstances. NCBR provides the animals veterinary care (often in the hundreds and sometimes into the thousands of dollars), spay/neuter, micro chipping, shots, food, a temporary foster home (not a kennel), love, and placement into a home for life under a contract that dictates their humane care.
