| Working on the new Cd . . . still . . .An infectious blend of pop, rock, and electronica, Killer Flamingos produce a sound that is turning heads and capturing listeners everywhere. Killer Flamingos have quickly amassed a large following of devoted fans throughout the state and are gaining recognition as one of Detroits most promising bands winning the Detroit News' Sonic Summer Battle of the Bands in 2005!
They have had songs placed in movies (Ann Nichole Smith's movie "Illegal Aliens") and TV (Laguna Beach, Men in Trees).
Anyone who has seen Killer Flamingos can attest to their amazing live show. Superb musicianship, explosive stage presence, and concert-style performance have secured the band an important place on the Detroit music scene.
Crunchy guitars, irresistible melodies, thoughtful production, and seductive vocals contribute to this bands broad appeal and make them an easy candidate for radio success.
