| DJ / Producer / Musician ‘LYNX’ (aka Andres Lopez Uribe) was born and raised in Bogota, Colombia, started drumming at the age of 12 and playing professionally at 14. He moved to Los Angeles in 1989 and continued to work as a drummer and bass player on a variety of projects. Hundreds of gigs, a few tours and a couple of record deals later, Andres fell in love with recording, mixing and, most deeply, producing. All of which resulted in the birth of his recording studio “The Analog Vibe”.The inevitable result of combining musical chops, production talent and a deep love of various types of dance music occurred in 1998 when he got his first DJ gig almost by accident. He’s never looked back and has been bringing powerful grooves to dance floors all over LA ever since.“The best way to make people dance is to make sure that your groove is ‘in the pocket’, that sweet spot where everything just feels right and it becomes impossible not to dance”."I live for bringing people danceable beats they just can’t say no to.
