| Family food fights, My Italian family, my Los Angeles family, friends that put up with each others....as I like to call them quirks. You know who you are. I love you every single one of you. New friends. Having conversations with strangers anywhere I go and knowing that each one is a message from God. I call them "Moments with Strangers". I LOVE my beautiful husband Kirke Jan who happens to be one of the most talented artists I know. He rocks the drums and my world. Walking on a stage into a world that I make a reality. I live and breathe through my art, whether it be through the spoken word of others that I make my own or singing and writing songs with my husband. Seeing my friends do what it is that they love inspires me. When others don't care what the world thinks. You all inspire me to laugh out loud. I know this sounds fucked up, but I enjoy laughing at others' pain. I, of course, mean when a friend or stranger takes a swan dive towards the ground. Okay, admit it, we all do. And you better laugh at me when I do. Because you see life isn't that serious. As long as we have people we love to pick us up....we're all good. Last and not least. I love when life goes full circle. The signs show you that you are right where you should be. We get a second chance to do something we messed up before over, hopefully the right way. | |
