About Me |
|
Watch our music videos here . The beginnings of Inverse Order can be narrowed down to the exact second. The first little whisper of life came when Neill sent an email to Thomas along the lines of 'I sing. You guitar. Lets be friends'. This relationship grew quickly, with Thomas creating the brand 'Inverse Order' while doing 7th form Inverse trig functions. Inverse Orders debut was in 2005 with the release of the song 'Good Mourning Lullaby' to radio. The song went on to receive major airplay on several top New Zealand radio stations. After a period of relative quiet the band released their second single 'Hope For Us All?'. The track was recorded with David Holmes (Gramsci, Autozamm, Jakob) in his Kingsland studio and mastered by Chris Chetland of Kog Studios. 'Hope For Us All?' is sprawling yet deceivingly short and emotes a sense of desire and desperation in its flurry of noise and beauty. As of December 2007 Inverse Order have been laying down tracks for their debut EP. The EP will consist of entirely new songs, with some never having seen the stage until after the recording process.
