I started making music when my neighbor bought a drum set and guitar. We recorded songs with me on drums and vocals on a playschool recorder and called ourselves Vlantis. After snagging a four-track from a friend we made a tape. I bought a drum set in high school and played in some shitty bands for a while (and released another four-track Vlantis tape). After a few false starts at trying to make music that was a little more complicated than 3 chords, two of my friends had bought a guitar and a bass. We formed what was to become The Presence of Fagan (if you're from Macomb, you know what I'm talking about). I played in PoF and Ugly Mullet (with Kenny) simultaneously for a little over a year. After that I played in Gaijin with Chad Fess (and all the PoF members) and then moved to Japan. Now I have nobody but myself to make music with.All songs were made using Ableton Live 7. | |
