| In England I am Julie but in France I am Miriam - the name my long lost Father knew me by when I met him in Paris, and through that meeting met some wonderful musicians. Staying in the Hotel Pointe Rivoli I met my dear friend LaGvoL,'Flying Frog', through him I met my equally dear friend 'Adyblues' and they re-awakened my long love of music and of playing guitar. For that I thank them. In their company, celebrating our friendship, we stumbled into 'Edwards' one night where Audrey Shine made our night even more special. I only regret that I cannot visit there regularly and missed the Flying Frog's first performance with her there. Meanwhile, back in England I had the good fortune to meet Kim Thompsett, a gifted musician and vocalist. Vive les bonnes chances!!! | |
