sakai asuka / サカイアスカ IRMA初の女性アーティスト--プロデューサーと なるsakai asukaは、幼少からピアノをプレイし国立音楽大学 卒業後は、ナムコにてRIDGE RACER TYPE4、風のクロノア2等といった大ヒット作の音楽を担当。そして 自身の作品のリリースにむけて独立後、m-flo リミックスコンテストにて優勝。その後は 自身が最も得意とするジャズ・アプローチ て、m-flo、DOUBLE、Heartdales、日之内絵美等といったアーティストへのリミックス--プ デュースから、NIKE WOMANへの音源提供等を行う。そして、イタリアの ギジアーナ音楽院映画音楽作曲コースに参加 し帰国後、IRMA recordsと契約。2008年３月に、期待の若手ジャ シンガー牧野竜太郎から、i-dep等などのアルバムでも活躍するPaul Brundtland等の男性シンガーを中心にフィーチャーし、 スウェーデン人シンガーeRikaとのスプリットデビューEP『asuka + eRika』をリリース予定。そして2008年秋デビューア バムをリリース予定。 After graduated from National University of Music, sakai asuka, the first female producer in IRMA’s history, composed music for hit games such as “RIDGE RACER TYPE 4” and “KLONOA 2Lunatea's Veil” at namco, one of the largest game industries in Japan, and then she became independent for her next move. Through her Jazzy approach which is her specialized genre, she won the remix competition of m-flo, produced / remixed for DOUBLE, Heartsdales, Emi Hinouchi and m-flo and provided her delighted production to NIKE WOMAN. After leaning at Chigiana Musical Academy in Italy, she signed with IRMA records in the summer of 2007. On the collaboration album “asuka + eRika” made with a Swedish Grammy nominated singer, eRika, which will be out in March 2008, she features a young Jazz singer Ryutaro Makino and Paul Brundtland who has also sung on i-dep’s album, and her own full-length is planned in Fall 2008.
